StudyHobby is an All-in-One AI Learning Assistant. Users can upload or input various content (including but not limited to text, files, images, links, audio, video, and voice samples) to use various functions provided by the Service, including content summarization, transcription, translation, as well as image, audio, video, and slide generation, assisted writing, AI dialogue, note generation, mind map, and chart generation.

a. Account Registration and Eligibility.

To use certain features of the Service, You may be required to register an account. You represent and warrant that all registration information You provide to StudyHobby is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age for consent to personal data processing in Your country/region) to use the Service. By using the Service, You represent and warrant that You have the full right, power, and authority to enter into a legally binding contract and to fully perform all Your obligations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your account. You shall not permit any other party to access or use the Service using Your unique username, password, or other security codes. You must immediately notify StudyHobby of any unauthorized use of Your account or any other security breach.

Subject to Your compliance with these Terms, StudyHobby grants You a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to access and use the Service for commercial or personal purposes. StudyHobby reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

You agree not to use StudyHobby in any manner (whether directly or indirectly) to engage in any unlawful, improper, or otherwise prohibited conduct under this Agreement, including but not limited to the following:

Acts that violate any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms;

Uploading or inputting content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy, or promoting rights;

Uploading or inputting content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legitimate rights of any third party;

Promoting, encouraging, or causing risk of physical or mental harm, violence, emotional distress, death, disability, or disfigurement to Yourself, any person, or animal;

Promoting or causing risk of harm, loss, or damage to any property;

Seeking or otherwise harming, deceiving, abusing, sexualizing, or exploiting children (anyone under 18 years of age);

Being harassing, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, libelous, bullying, or threatening;

Discriminating, inciting, or promoting discrimination or otherwise abusing others based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, ancestry, or national origin or any other basis;

Pornographic or containing intimate images shared without consent;

Involving the sale or promotion of illegal activities, products, or services;

Fraudulent or promoting fraudulent activities;

Containing information or content that You are not entitled to provide under any law or due to confidentiality, contractual, or fiduciary obligations;

Containing false, deceptive, or misleading information or misinformation, or otherwise promoting, endorsing, encouraging, or facilitating the spread of misinformation;

Threatening or undermining democratic processes or institutions;

Reverse engineering, copying, decompiling, attempting to obtain source code, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Service or any part thereof;

Renting, leasing, selling, distributing, providing in a service bureau, sublicense, or otherwise making available the Service or licensed content to any third party (except as permitted by these Terms);

Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service;

Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting Your affiliation with any person or entity;

Misleading anyone into believing that AI-generated content is human-generated;

Removing, altering, or disabling source or metadata tags in any AI-generated content, including but not limited to C2PA metadata;

Providing or obtaining customized advice requiring a license, such as providing legal, medical, or financial advice without the proper involvement of a qualified professional;

Generating spam, ransomware, keyloggers, viruses, or other malicious software;

Implementing fully automated decisions that are legally binding, have significant impact, or otherwise violate applicable laws.

You also agree not to attempt to circumvent any security features or content protection measures we have put in place on AI products or platforms.

StudyHobby is committed to protecting Your personal data and privacy. We process Your personal data in accordance with Our

. You agree that Your input may be shared with Our technical partners to provide specific functions. Your privacy settings control whether StudyHobby and Our technical partners can use Your data to improve Our AI services. You retain full control over Your personal data and can request access, modification, or deletion at any time.

a. Upload and Responsibility for User Content.

You may choose to upload Your own content (hereinafter referred to as "User Content"), such as text, files, images, links, audio, video, voice samples, etc. You have full control over and bear full responsibility for Your User Content. You represent and warrant that You have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, use, and publish User Content, and that Your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legitimate rights of any third party. You are responsible for ensuring that Your User Content complies with these Terms.

Subject to Your compliance with these Terms, You retain ownership of the AI-generated content (hereinafter referred to as "Output") You obtain from the Service and are granted full rights to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize such Output. This includes, but is not limited to:

Copying and commercially sharing content;

Publishing or incorporating it into derivative works;

No attribution to StudyHobby is required unless otherwise agreed.

Due to the nature of our technology and the generality of artificial intelligence, the Output may not be unique, and other users may obtain similar Output from our AI products. Your ownership does not extend to the Output of other users.

If You subscribe to a paid plan, Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, e.g., monthly or annually (as applicable). We will notify You before Your subscription automatically renews. You may cancel Your subscription at any time, subject to the provisions of subsection (c) below.

Unless otherwise agreed between You and StudyHobby, or specified in the service terms or relevant invoice, all taxes are included in Your subscription fees. Tax rates are calculated based on the billing information You provide and the applicable tax rates at the time of Your subscription. You represent and warrant that the billing address information You provide to StudyHobby is current and accurate.

You may stop using the Service and/or cancel Your subscription and/or additional services at any time through Your account settings. If You cancel Your subscription and/or additional services, Your subscription and/or additional services will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle, and You will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid (except as otherwise provided by law), and any unpaid fees will become immediately due and payable.

d. Free Trials and Pilot Programs.

StudyHobby may offer free trials or pilot programs to allow You to experience Our Service. StudyHobby reserves the right to set eligibility requirements and durations for free trials and pilot programs.

You may cancel Your subscription at any time through "Profile" → "My Subscriptions" → "Cancel Subscription" or by contacting online customer service to prevent charges for the next term from being deducted from Your chosen payment method. Your cancellation will be effective on the last day of the term for which You have paid. You may continue to use the subscription until the cancellation becomes effective, but You will not receive a refund.

As a SaaS provider, all products and services provided by StudyHobby and its business units are non-physical and irrevocable. Therefore, once an order is completed and delivered, we do not offer refunds. We encourage You to carefully read these Terms before making a payment. We recommend that You understand the features and functionalities of Our products before placing an order to avoid situations requiring refunds. By ordering Our products, You agree that You have correctly read this policy and fully accept the terms and conditions in this Refund Policy.

Refunds are available within 24 hours of your first purchase only.

The refund amount equals the payment minus the value of any used Premium Credits.

Refund requests are not accepted after 24 hours.

"First purchase" does not include renewals, upgrades, or repurchases.

Monthly plans are not refundable within 24 hours after auto-renewal, but you may cancel during this period.

Discounted purchases are non-refundable.

Lifetime Premium Credits are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of all User Content You upload to the Service. This license shall survive the termination of these Terms.

If You submit any feedback, suggestions, or ideas to Us, You hereby grant StudyHobby a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform such feedback for any purpose (including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, marketing, and selling products and services) without any compensation to You.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and StudyHobby makes no warranties, express or implied. StudyHobby makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Output, and assumes no liability for any liability arising in any way from Your use of the Output or any omissions or errors contained therein. You use the Service and AI product Output at Your own risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and suitability of all Output, and We recommend that You obtain professional independent advice before acting on any advice contained in the Output, relying on the accuracy of the Output, or using any Output in a commercial setting.

StudyHobby shall not be liable for any consequences, losses, or legal liabilities arising from Your violation of these Terms in using StudyHobby. Such consequences, losses, or legal liabilities shall be borne solely by You.

StudyHobby does not warrant that Your use of the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You understand that StudyHobby is not responsible for delays, interruptions, service failures, or other problems caused by the use of the Internet and electronic communications or other systems beyond StudyHobby's reasonable control.

In the event that StudyHobby suffers any loss or incurs any third-party claims or liabilities due to Your content or Your breach of these Terms, You shall bear all resulting costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) and shall indemnify, defend, and hold StudyHobby harmless.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StudyHobby and its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service, even if StudyHobby has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall StudyHobby's total liability to You (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount You paid to StudyHobby in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

StudyHobby may, at any time, add, change, or remove features of the Service; modify or restrict storage space or other functionalities (specific restrictions may vary depending on the plan type); or completely terminate the Service. If You have a paid subscription and StudyHobby terminates the Service You are using during the subscription period, StudyHobby will migrate the Service or provide You with a similar service (if available). If StudyHobby is unable to do so, You will receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees for the remaining subscription period.

Any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved by friendly negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court with jurisdiction in the location of StudyHobby for litigation.
